Transfers to other countries, including those involving our service providers such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Bing, Slack, Resend, or Zoho, are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. These mechanisms ensure compliance with Chapter V of the GDPR.
7. Fraud Prevention and Bot Detection
We use a third-party tool to help detect and prevent fraudulent or harmful activities on our website, including but not limited to click fraud in advertising campaigns, bot-generated form submissions, and other misuse of our services. This tool analyzes technical data such as IP addresses, device characteristics, browser information, and interaction patterns to distinguish between genuine users and automated activity.
